I laugh at inappropriate jokes

I am sitting here watching Tosh.O right now and if you've ever seen it- you know how wildly inappropriate it can be. However, here I am, cracking up. I find that my best friends have the same sense of humor. Sarcastic, silly and sometimes simply not right.

I recently had a conversation with someone who told me they hated the movie "Stepbrothers"because it made them feel uncomfortable. First of all, couldn't you tell by the trailer that it would involve some sick humor? Second, if you are easily offended, steer clear of R-rated movies because you know you will most likely cringe throughout the whole movie. I responded by saying "I love it. I own it." A fellow teacher agreed and we laughed over quotes from the movie.

Personally, I love being able to say I am hardly offended by anything. I love a good laugh and chances are, those silly movies have some aspect of reality and you can relate. Who doesn't laugh when Zach Galifianakis says "He practically bankrupt a casino and he was a ra-tard."?? That is so politically incorrect but makes me laugh every time.

Am I a horrible person for laughing at things like that? I am one of over ONE MILLION people who have joined "Sarcasm Society" on Facebook. The motto of the website is "To evangelize sarcasm and promote it as an art form." I kind of love that.

I work with kids and do have to control my sarcasm on a daily basis. It has also gotten me into trouble from time to time. Mainly, I'm sarcastic and I like it.
